Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Business Assistant for its Northern Kentucky dental office to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, verify insurance, help with scheduling, and explain payment options.

In this role you’ll coordinate check-in/out, assist with financial arrangements for treatment, and support our team in delivering courteous, professional care to every patient.

Qualifications

• At least one year related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Overview

As a Business Assistant, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

Schedule (days/hours)

M:11:00am-5:00pm, T: 1:00pm-7:00pm, W: 7:45am-3:00pm, TH: 12:00pm-6:00pm, F: 7:45am-2:00pm
