Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5 years of related experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic systems landscape and integrations within the Business Applications team; guides software strategy and design.
• Identifies needs and implements solutions via analysis, design, testing, and support; mentors staff.
• Performs supervisory duties including hiring, training, and evaluations; ensures safety and policy compliance.
• Drives continuous improvement; creates roadmaps for high-impact systems; manages software lifecycle and standards.
• Collaborates with business units to meet enhancements, production support, testing and reporting needs.
• Supports PMO portfolio prioritization and acts in project manager/owner roles as needed.
• Assists with budgeting, procurement, testing, and payment activities for technology.
