Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience resolving complex application and integration issues.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system interdependencies.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and system improvements.
• Preferred: OpenGrid, OnBase, Selectron IVR, enQuesta, or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
