Required Qualifications:

1. Three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business functions, processes, and requirements.
2. Two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), writing user stories, and maintaining a healthy product backlog.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Experience creating requirements documentation for complex projects.
5. Participation in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience setting up IT projects for a team of developers.
2. Experience prioritizing user stories.
3. Experience identifying and documenting business processes contained in legacy application data systems.
4. Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP.
5. Experience in creating operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
6. Experience with wireframe/mockup applications such as Figma for initial web app design.

Scope of Services:

1. Using agile methods to analyze and document current and future state business functions and requirements.
2. Consulting with management and personnel to identify, define, and document business functions, needs, objectives, operational procedures, problems, input, and output requirements.
3. Analyzing the integration of business functions with technology.
4. Performing and facilitating business and technical analysis to support project design and implementation.
5. Identifying and documenting relevant business processes in legacy application data systems, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.
6. Analyzing existing and potential content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities, and supporting backlog management.
7. Maintaining a comprehensive library of technical terminology, definitions, and documentation, and reviewing or preparing reports and manuals with recommended corrective actions.
