This position involves building and optimizing systems and processes to ensure efficient, effective, and legally compliant functions. It emphasizes system administration for the Workday System, including workflows, integrations, triggers, system documentation, business processes, user training, and reporting. The role collaborates with team members across Human Potential, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IS&T, Finance, Payroll, and other areas. It also involves working with software vendors to develop reports, troubleshoot system issues, and maximize Workforce system capabilities.
