Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or related enterprise technology business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and service metrics to evaluate system performance and drive improvements.
• Analyze operational challenges and optimize internal business and financial system procedures.
• Research improvements to monitoring processes and customer needs.
• Transform, visualize, and integrate data to generate business insights.
• Lead post-sales system support, manage cash flow, and prepare operational reports.
• Support billing, reimbursement, and invoices across multiple currencies.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control analysis using SAP data.
• Communicate insights to headquarters and cross-functional teams.
• Improve CRM system accuracy and reliability.
