A leading healthcare company is seeking a Business Analytics Advisor to join the Adoption Innovation Lab team. This role emphasizes data analysis and process improvement to drive efficiency and innovation across business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a proven track record in project management. You will collaborate with both technical and operational teams to enhance business processes and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person on a hybrid schedule: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, or Scottsdale, AZ.
Description
This role sits within the Adoption Innovation Lab team and supports the associated functional processes within Adoption Center organization. This position will be part of a team to design activities that assist the iteration and scaling of new capabilities to the impacted business processes/owners. Grounded through analysis of expected business outcomes and associated metrics and KPIs in a business test and learn environment.
Role will be heavily focused on creation of ideal test scenarios to ensure business outcomes are being tested against delivered capabilities, ultimately enabling the program value as planned. The ideal candidate will also have experience in documenting business requirements for technical teams to build efficiencies through reporting and process automation to enable our teams to derive insights and track findings without wasting manual effort on repetitive tasks. Candidate would need to represent our teams by documenting our reporting, dashboard, or process automation needs and be able to influence the build of those with peer technical teams.
The Business Analytics Advisor should be familiar with data analysis, process improvement, innovative test & learn methods, designing and maintaining insights/outcomes, identifying and implementing new automation, assisting in the development and enhancement of processes, and analyzing results to improve better outcomes. This role will also be vital to driving innovation and ensuring the Adoption of new technology within the organization is done with the business (customer) in mind.
