Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking solutions on Salesforce and nCino BOS. You will build Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations, while following best practices and security standards.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the US with strong DevOps and agile experience. Collaborate with analysts and architects to deliver scalable, compliant lending platforms, participate in CI/CD deployments, and support production operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Solid understanding of banking and lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Troubleshoot issues and support release management and CI/CD deployments.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.

Salesforce nCino Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, hands‑on experience with the nCino Banking Operating System (BOS), integrations, and a solid understanding of banking and lending processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• nCino Certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Knowledge of commercial lending, loan origination, credit underwriting, and loan servicing processes.
• Experience working within banking or financial services organizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI‑powered capabilities.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Experience with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
• Data migration, ETL, and large‑scale data management experience.
• Exposure to CI/CD best practices and automated deployment strategies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 129,000– $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
