Role: Business Analyst with Core Banking

Location: Troy, MI (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Core Banking environments.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Hands-on expertise with banking APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in application solution architecture and designing banking solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements for Core Banking system enhancements and integrations.
• Analyze and optimize banking processes, including client onboarding, account processing, General Ledger (GL) management, product types, and account types.
• Work on loan processing, teller processing, tax processing, statement creation, and sweeps to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Assess and implement APIs used for Core Banking systems, ensuring seamless integration with external applications.
• Partner with architects and developers to design scalable application solutions that align with business needs and technology trends.
• Support large-scale transformation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Identify and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and operations teams.
