Qualifications

More than one year of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.

Experience with Agile methodology and test planning is a plus.
Strong SQL experience and ability to work with cross-location teams.
Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal skills.

Overview

Senior Business Analyst for the capital markets domain. Candidates should have strong fundamental knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, FX, excellent communication and documentation skills, a clear understanding of the SDLC process, and a long-term commitment to the company. Must be comfortable with deadlines, working under time pressure, and performing in functional analysis, specification creation, and people skills.

Should have knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, FX
Highly qualified MSc graduates from respected universities in relevant faculties
More than one year of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Experience in user interaction, requirements elicitation/gathering and functional specification preparation
Experience with financials analysis is a plus
Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature-driven methods
Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plans and functional test cases
Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions
Experience in SQL; capability to work with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain consistent delivery
Ability to work closely in a team environment
Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, XML would be a plus
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
Analytical and detail-oriented
Strong business understanding
