Job summary

Randstad Digital in Pennington, NJ is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst with 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management. You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate needs into actionable, developer-friendly solutions, with a focus on Client Onboarding.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating user stories, leading backlog grooming, and supporting UAT and production releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Enterprise Client Onboarding.
• Prior Client Onboarding domain experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and workflow-based applications.
• Experience supporting UAT and production releases.
• Understanding of business process modeling tools such as Visio or similar.

• Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Identify process improvements and liaise between business and technology teams.

• Facilitate requirement discussions, workshops, and backlog grooming sessions with business and technology teams.
