Omnicom Media is seeking a data analytics professional to support data-driven decision making across spend, performance, and operational efficiency. The role involves validating data integrity, translating business questions into analytical approaches, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You will draft user stories, maintain acceptance criteria, and assist with UAT while handling data platform administration tasks such as access control and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Develop a strong understanding of business operations and support recurring and ad-hoc analysis requests related to spend, performance, compliance, or operational efficiency.
• Validate data outputs against source systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.

Data Quality & Issue Support

• Monitor data quality issues and support root-cause analysis in partnership with product and technical teams.
• Track, document, and help triage data discrepancies or defects reported by the business.
• Assist in validating fixes across environments and confirming resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation of known data limitations or dependencies.

User Stories & UAT

• Draft and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria based on business and data requirements
• Ensure stories clearly reflect business workflows, data logic, and expected analytical outputs
• Partner with Product and Engineering during backlog refinement and UAT to validate outcomes.

Administrative

• Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.

About You

• 2 or more years of data analytics experience.
• Technical understanding of data systems and platforms - working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the media landscape - including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.
• Strong data management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Agency experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/MBOX/Asana/Prisma a plus.
