Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst/Tester for one of our government clients.

The designated candidate will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise toward successful delivery and effective reporting of status and progress. Responsibilities include identifying functional requirements, creating user stories, testing stories, participating in design sessions, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Top Secret Cleared.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (including internships).
• Experience with SAFe (Beginner).
• Experience with Manual Testing (Beginner).
• Experience with Agile Project Management (Beginner).
• Experience with Business Requirements Analysis (Beginner).
• Experience with Jira Ticketing (Beginner).
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must work independently with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
