Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst/Tester to support one of our clients in a 100% onsite role in Washington, DC. The designated candidate must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a Top Secret clearance.

The role involves gathering functional requirements, creating user stories, testing stories, and providing technical support. Collaboration with the Scrum team and stakeholders will be essential to ensure timely delivery and quality across project

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Business Requirements Analysis.
• Experience with Agile Project Management.
• Experience with Manual Testing.
• Proficient in JIRA ticketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Onsite requirement with up to 1 remote day per week.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relavent experience.

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst/Tester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Responsibilities

• Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Experience with Business Requirement Analysis
• Experience with Agile Project Management
• Experience with JIRA Ticketing
• Experience with Manual Testing
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.
