Job summary

SESLOC Credit Union is seeking an experienced service-focused, tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our team in California. Identify opportunities to improve services and products for SESLOC members and employees through technology and process improvements.

As a liaison between IT and other departments, you will translate business needs into technology solutions, leverage application capabilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure end users derive maximum value from enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Two-year college degree or completion of specialized course of study at business or trade school or a relevant professional certification and five years' experience working with business software applications, or equivalent combination of education and experience including time spent in preparatory positions.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for improving services and products to SESLOC members and employees using technology and process improvements.
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to translate business needs and objectives into technology solutions.
Leverage the functionality of applications, manage vendor relationships and maintain effective working relationship with the end user of the applications.
