Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a BU Data Analyst II in California to design, develop, test, and implement business systems and reporting tools. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, translate requirements into specifications, and support upgrades and integrations.

The role requires advanced SQL and reporting skills, a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, and CBAP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5-7 years of prior relevant experience required.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, troubleshoot, administer and enhance assigned systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison among stakeholders.
• Define user system requirements and coordinate acceptance testing.
• Participate in project planning, feasibility analysis and rollout of system changes.
• Provide training and documentation for end users.
