Integral Federal is seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to serve as the primary bridge between operational users, Functional Managers, the Government Product Owner, and the Agile software-development team in Fort Meade, MD. You will elicit requirements, translate mission needs into epics and user stories, support backlog refinement, and facilitate agile ceremonies.

The role requires DoD experience, strong stakeholder facilitation, and U.S. citizenship with Secret eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business, systems, or requirements analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Agile software-development teams.
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• DoD C2 or mission-planning experience.
• JOPES, JPES, JCRM, or Joint Planning experience.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
