Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a Functional / Requirements Analyst to support detailed mission analysis, requirements decomposition, business-rule analysis, and user validation for JPES/JCRM.

You will elicit requirements, decompose them into actionable user stories, develop acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, and coordinate with COCOMs, Functional Managers, SMEs, and users to drive demonstrations, UAT/UFL, and functional validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent DoD planning experience.
• 4+ years in requirements or functional analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise software development.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience developing functional requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret clearance.

Required

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS). Joint Planning/JOPES/JPES/JCRM planning experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• 4+ years of requirements or functional analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise software development.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience developing functional requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Preferred

• DoD operational planning experience.
• Joint Planning/JOPES/JPES/JCRM experience.
• Agile software-delivery experience.

Salary range $95,000-$125,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
