Integral Federal is seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to bridge operational users, the Government Product Owner, and the Agile team.

You will elicit requirements, translate needs into epics and user stories, support backlog refinement and sprint planning, and ensure traceability from story to test.

US citizenship with Secret eligibility is required; salary range is $105,000–$135,000 for Fort Meade, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• 5+ years of business, systems, or requirements analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Agile software-development teams.
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable software requirements.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility

Responsibilities

Overview

Salary range: $105,000-$135,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
