Job summary

7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master for a full-time hybrid role in Palo Alto, CA. The position combines strong analysis with Agile leadership to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will gather and document requirements, facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, and support planning and delivery while ensuring clear communication across product owners, developers, and QA.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a combined BA/Scrum Master role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross‑functional software development teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
