Qualifications
- 3 years of applicable experience in agile business requirements or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing, documenting, and implementing solutions.
- Collaboration with development team and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements, then transforming the requirements into a valid solution
- Analyzing business and system requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Focusing on solutions rather than the confines of a particular role.
- Collaborate on an ongoing project in both new and enhancements development between engineers, developers, analyst and other team members
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Benchmarking our approaches against the latest changes and standards in the field.
- Shifting between projects and tasks with ease.
