Neuroscience Health and Science Professional - Orlando NW

Overview

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to join our team in Orlando NW. This role involves increasing territory sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our neuroscience therapies. The position offers remote work flexibility and requires engagement with healthcare professionals both in person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales in the assigned territory.
  2. Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
  3. Develop and execute strategic call plans and engagement strategies.
  4. Build rapport with customers, utilizing digital tools effectively.
  5. Leverage analytics to identify business opportunities.
  6. Educate providers on product and disease states, maintaining compliance.
  7. Collaborate across teams to meet customer needs and Pfizer objectives.
  8. Complete administrative tasks timely and compliantly.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in sales, healthcare, or related fields).
  • Residency within 25 miles of the territory boundary.
  • Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
  • Strong record of sales success and territory management.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to neuroscience.
Additional Details

Salary ranges from $71,700 to $180,200 annually, plus quarterly incentives. Benefits include 401(k), health coverage, paid leave, and more. Last application date: May 22, 2025. This is a remote, field-based role.
