You will analyze claims trends, build dashboards, and partner with project managers and technical staff to translate business needs into actionable requirements. A strong Excel skillset and communication ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, healthcare operations, or claims processing.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and other software for conducting quantitative analysis.
• Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients and technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims trends and productivity; recommend process improvements.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for Claims Operations.
• Provide actionable leadership recommendations from data findings.
• Bridge clients, project managers and technical teams to define and communicate requirements.

Your role in our mission

• Analyze claims processing trends, productivity results and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports supporting Claims Operations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data findings.
• Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models.
• Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections.

What we’re looking for

The pay range for this position is$59,500.00-$85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
