Description

The Work: ICF seeks an energetic and curious Business Analyst to guide development of a user-facing, web-based data collection tool, as well as a portfolio of business intelligence products. Specifically, the BA will further our team goal of monitoring, refining, and completing initiatives related to our Alternative Management System (AMS).

Job Location: Remote within the United States.

What You Will Do

• Develop client-centric business intelligence dashboards and reports related to Medicare models participation and file upload/model information intake.
• Participate in release and sprint planning, obtain tech approaches and ROMs for proposed enhancements, present ROMs to clients and POs, liaise between clients, developers, and QA testers to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
• Plan stories and epics for releases and sprints; participate in release planning, baselining, and development.
• Communicate effectively between clients, developers, and QA teams; ensure team maintains velocity.
• Assist scrum masters and tech leads in removing delays and blocks.
• Break down epics into user stories with acceptance criteria and labels.
• Lead discussions, refinement, and planning meetings to ensure work aligns with team objectives.
• Work with tech leads to identify defect patterns and improve processes.

What You Will Bring With You

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Data Analysis, and ETL experience.
• Scrum or Agile certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Reside and work in the U.S., with at least 3 full years of residence in the last 5 years.

• Experience in consulting or healthcare is a plus but not required.

Pay Range

The pay range for this full-time position is $98,124 - $166,810, based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
