Job summary

CFS in Boston is seeking a senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead strategic technology and operational initiatives across Wealth Management, Trust Services, Custody Operations, and Investment Accounting.

The role acts as a key liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, executive leadership, and external vendors, driving projects from concept through implementation with a focus on process automation and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within Wealth Management, Trust Services, Custody Operations, or Investment Accounting.
• Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Project and Program Management experience utilizing Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience leading technology implementations, platform upgrades, and systems integrations.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Salesforce CRM experience from a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Administrator perspective.
• Experience with Global Plus and/or Trust Accounting platforms preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong presentation skills with experience partnering with executive leadership.
