Business Analyst/Project Lead III

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Understand our Business: Engage with stakeholders to comprehend requirements related to Label and Artwork Management, current processes, challenges, and future goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Use research and analytical skills to identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
Communication
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
Project Management
- Project Planning: Define scope, set goals, and establish delivery plans.
- Agile Execution: Implement Agile methodologies to deliver enhancements aligned with company priorities.
- Resource Management: Manage Business Analysts/Developers to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about releases and change management.
Validation
- Execute validation of changes per company standards, including requirements/user stories, test management, execution, and documentation.
Note: The team is small (2 developers). The successful candidate must be versatile across project management, team leadership, and validation tasks, including authoring documents and performing testing. Approximately 80% of time will focus on Software Smartflow as a technical lead, with the remainder on project management in the labeling space.
