Job description

Job Title: Project Manager-III
Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: 6 Months.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with analytics teams to support the growth and success of Retention programs.
2. Identify consumer cohort trends and suggest areas for intervention within the customer lifecycle.
3. Work with complex data sets to develop strategic, data-driven consumer pricing and promotional plans.
4. Analyze campaign results to identify drivers of performance and opportunities for iteration; provide SQL query support and troubleshooting for the team.
5. Create dashboards and data visualizations for key initiatives and consumer cohort health tracking.
6. Collaborate with BI and Engineering teams to create ETLs and ensure proper routing of dynamic events and data to our CRM platform.

Requirements:

1. 1-5 years of experience analyzing large data sets, translating insights into strategies, and executing data-driven initiatives; strong analytical and SQL skills.
2. Ability to build forecasting models for marketing campaigns.
3. Advanced Excel skills for complex functions.
4. Proven track record of driving business results through cross-channel marketing campaigns.
5. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with CRM technologies, including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data systems.
7. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, management consulting, business operations, growth marketing/analytics, or related fields.
