What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects in new product development and sustaining projects
- General knowledge of operations/manufacturing processes
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
