Qualifications

• 3+ years as a business analyst or project coordinator in a software/technology environment.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and writing user stories/acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent project/documentation tools)
• Experience coordinating delivery in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business and technical language

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal stakeholders and clients
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and specifications for engineering and data teams
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across systems, and help define scope and priorities
• Support backlog grooming and ensure requirements are testable and traceable through delivery
• Coordinate project and sprint activities across engineering, data, DevOps, and QA teams
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency/risk tracking; flag blockers early
• Administer and maintain work in Jira (boards, epics, stories, workflows) and keep status current
• Schedule and facilitate standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives; capture and follow up on action items
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
• Communicate status, timelines, risks, and change impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Coordinate client-facing requirements, onboarding, and change requests with the relevant internal teams
• Produce and maintain specifications, process/workflow diagrams, runbooks, and project documentation
• Maintain a single source of truth in Confluence (or equivalent) for requirements, decisions, and delivery status
• Document acceptance criteria and support UAT coordination and sign-off
• Help organize PCI-DSS and SOC 2 evidence, control documentation, and change-management records
• Track change approvals and ensure delivery follows CDE change-management and separation-of-duties processes
• Coordinate audit and assessment activities by gathering artifacts and scheduling stakeholder input
• Produce status reports, delivery dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and stakeholders
• Track and report on scope, schedule, throughput, and risk across active projects
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and help standardize PMO/BA practices
