Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a business professional for a contract position with a top-tier bank, focused on enterprise BI support and Power BI. You will resolve tickets, troubleshoot gateway connectivity, and assist with report access and performance.

The role requires roughly 2 years of BI or banking experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical planning skills. Location is Charlotte, NC, with standard 8 AM–5 PM hours on the first shift.

• Proficient with Enterprise BI tools and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve enterprise BI support tickets through the CASE system, with the majority focused on Microsoft Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including Power BI Gateway connectivity, report and dataset access, capacity and performance constraints, database connectivity problems, report design and implementation questions, high system capacity usage, missing or misconfigured gateway drivers, and platform-level issues impacting availability or performance.
