Qualifications

  • Must have public trust clearance.
  • Minimum 5+ years administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
  • Experience supporting IT projects preferred.
  • Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Planner, Planner Premium.
  • Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
  • Assist with Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Support UAT planning, documentation, and coordination.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Prepare schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.
  • Coordinate project meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Support PMO governance (risk/issue tracking, routing documents for review/approval).
  • Provide communication support through stakeholder updates and reporting inputs.
  • Perform general PMO support (data entry, record maintenance, logistics coordination).

Role Summary
