Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation
• Analyze data and business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals
• Support testing and implementation by validating requirements and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure smooth rollout of new features, enhancements, or process changes
