Job summary

Prosum is seeking candidates with three plus years of experience in designing, architecting, and implementing business solutions. Applicants should have strong leadership skills in application solutions and be familiar with relevant systems such as CRM and Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Three plus years previous experience designing, architecting, developing, implementing, supporting and integrating business solutions built with application solution systems.
• Five plus years previous hands‑on leadership in design, architecture, implementation and deployment of application solutions platforms.
• Previous experience working with users developing business requirements.
• Working knowledge, experience with, and/or developing of systems such as, but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics (GP), Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Taleo, Hyperion preferred.
• Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of operation of a computer terminal, integrated information systems, and appropriate software (word processing, spreadsheet, and database and Internet).
• Working knowledge and/or previous experience in one or all of the following areas is required: Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory; Oracle HCM products; Taleo Professional and Enterprise editions; other related document and information management systems.
