The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of BA experience, strong requirements gathering skills, and hands-on BRD/FRD and user story writing. Local candidates within 500 miles of NYC and H1B stamping are preferred for quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in a media/advertising/sales environment.
• Experience with BRD/FRD creation and writing user stories.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
