Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in business analytics or product ownership, eCommerce experience, and strong communication, with a technical background in APIs/microservices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analytics and/or product owner related experience.
• eCommerce/digital retail experience across mobile app and web.
• SCRUM/Agile experience with ADO or JIRA.
• Experience with analytics tools (Adobe) and customer feedback tools.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Chicago IL (Onsite for 5 days)

Visa- OPT, EADs, USC, TN and L2

Job Description:

• Team-player who approaches challenges with curiosity, passion, and attention to detail, to champion the customer experience
  • 8+ years of business analytics and/or product owner related experience
  • eCommerce / digital retail experience - mobile app (both iOS and Android) / mobile Web / desktop
  • eCommerce Ordering experience is ideal but not required
• B2C experience is ideal but not required
• Experience with SCRUM and Agile practices, leveraging either ADO or JIRA
• Experience with Analytics (e.g. Adobe) and customer feedback tools (e.g. Medallia)
• Ability to understand business requirements (sometimes technical requirements) and translate into user stories i.e., incremental pieces of work our engineers can deliver on in sprint
• Technical background/proficiency: High level knowledge of APIs / micro services and ability to understand contracts (i.e., requests / responses)

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers.
