Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our liquidity management team. The ideal candidate will analyze liquidity data, improve reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making to ensure liquidity efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze liquidity data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance liquidity reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with treasury, finance, and risk teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  • Support liquidity management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for liquidity resilience.
  • Document processes, workflows, and requirements; facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations in liquidity management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in liquidity management, treasury, or risk functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience with liquidity reporting systems and regulations (e.g., Basel III, LCR, NSFR) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and risk management principles is a plus.
