• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or product owner in Life Insurance and Annuity domain.
• Strong understanding of annuity products (e.g., fixed, variable, indexed) and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good to have: Certifications such as LOMA (e.g. FLMI, ARA)
