Job Overview

The BA Lead is responsible for end-to-end business analysis and requirements management across aviation modules (Crew, Ops, Scheduling, Safety). This role ensures functional clarity, process optimization, and alignment between business and technology teams, acting as the primary liaison for requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping for aviation workflows.
• Documentation & Standards
  • Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and user stories aligned with agile practices.
  • Maintain traceability matrices and ensure compliance with aviation standards.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and delivery teams for scope clarity.
  • Manage change requests and impact analysis.
• Quality Assurance
  • Support UAT planning and execution; validate deliverables against requirements.
• Leadership
  • Mentor junior BAs; ensure consistency in documentation and analysis practices across modules.

Skills Required

Core BA Skills

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process modeling.

Compensation

Expected salary range $80,000 – $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
