MGT is seeking an Analyst Intern to join our internship program for a 10-week summer period. You will execute research and analyses that shape strategic recommendations and collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven solutions across projects like Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, and Market Research.

Mentorship and professional development are core to the experience, with exposure to senior leadership and real client work.

The internship program includes a strong focus on professional development. Your colleagues and project leads will challenge you to develop new skills and help you achieve your professional goals. You will also be paired with a mentor who will help you identify and fulfill your personal and professional goals and always be available to you for support as you integrate into your project teams. We will facilitate one-on-one coffee chats, group meals, and after-hours social events with senior leadership, fellow consultants, and your intern cohort.
