Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a professional to provide analytical and project management support for corporate and business initiatives. You will work with senior staff, coach teammates, and develop strong cross-functional linkages across retail and commercial banking partners.

You will deliver proactive reporting and analysis to senior management, collaborate with various teams, and help drive strategic initiatives that positively impact financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to the required experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Occasional domestic travel.
• Sedentary work and ability to sit and concentrate.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives
• Work independently with assistance and coaching from more senior levels
• Coach other team members within area of expertise as appropriate
• Identify, develop, and maintain linkages with business partners across retail, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners
• Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis
• Work with line-of-business team members and resources
• Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts
• Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
• Analyze company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to the required experience
• 3+ years of related experience
