Works closely with customers, business analysts, developers, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions, including designing and modifying PeopleSoft modules and building integrations with ancillary systems to meet user needs and improve processes. The primary responsibilities include maintaining application configuration, testing, supporting (issue management, request fulfillment), and providing expert analysis for PeopleSoft financial applications and related systems.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or associate's degree and 4 years of related experience, or high school diploma and 6 years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computing, information systems, accounting, or related field with five to eight years of PeopleSoft support and analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience performing business analyst functions, proficient in modules such as Grants Management Billing, F&A process, Project Costing, OTL & LOC processing, Grants, Contracts, AR for Grants and Non-Grant Billing, and related reporting.
• Extensive experience with PS Fluid Interface, Approval framework, and work centers.
• Ability to translate requirements into test cases, manage project scope, and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Strong knowledge of data and table structures, capable of developing complex queries using SQL and Application Designer.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and integration with third-party systems like Jaggaer, CONCUR, TouchNet, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise, incident resolution, request fulfillment, root cause analysis, and support business case development.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; develop test plans and functional specifications.
• Educate and collaborate with internal and campus customers; share knowledge and improve processes.
• Participate in project management and other assigned functions.

Additional Information

• Position location: Fort Worth, TX or Richardson, TX, with hybrid remote options.
• Must be able to be on campus with 48 hours' notice.
