Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze and improve IT systems across multiple business domains. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with agile teams to deliver value.

You will document designs, support testing and UAT, and mentor teammates, while maintaining strong partnerships with architects, infrastructure, and application teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
4 years of working experience in an Information Technology environment as a Business Analyst.
Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
Develop requirements for process or system solutions across multiple domains.
Break down requirements into backlog items for developers.
Maintain IT relationship with architects, infrastructure, and DBAs.
Support testing, UAT, and remediation of defects.
