Location: 100% Remote

Participate in our IT's number 1 priority project - rebuilding over 1,000 servers with new standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up assessment meetings with the Server Service Owner and the Server Rebuild team to review checklists, questions, and artifacts for decision-making.
• Assist in scheduling production changes for server rebuilds, mostly during off-hours and weekends.
• Be present during change calls and escalate issues if resources are unavailable.
• Attend weekly and daily stand-up meetings regarding server rebuilds.
• Follow change management policies and processes as documented in ServiceNow.
• Manage at least 2-3 server changes per week.

Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow experience (beginner to intermediate).
• Technical support experience with Wintel and Linux servers.
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate complex work across multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and strong planning skills.

Working Hours

Flexible around a 40-hour week, with possible night and weekend support based on the change schedule.
