About The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business operations and technical analysis to join our team. This position is fully remote and open to candidates across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly using SQL, and will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency, data integrity, and business decision-making through structured analysis and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth data analysis to support business objectives and process improvements.
• Design, code, and implement new data processes and reports using SQL or similar tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business systems and technical applications.
• Create and validate ad-hoc reports for data analysis and operational insights.
• Research and assess the financial impact of issues within data or processes.
• Identify business requirements, design potential solutions, and support implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and assist in project rollouts.
• Enhance reporting related to performance and new business initiatives.
• Develop and apply organizational best practices to optimize business applications.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordination between various teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience with data mining using SQL, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Project management experience is a plus.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary Range: $55,100 – $99,000 per year
• Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors.
• Eligible for additional incentives and performance-based bonuses.
