Job Summary
As a Supplemental Business Analyst II, you'll be responsible for implementation of new customers for our supplemental products by ensuring accurate and complete plan set up, expert guidance on products, and strong relationships with internal teams all to ensure the successful completion of the onboarding and enrollment process.
- Sales and Implementation Support - Consult with clients, brokers, benefits admins, and internal partners as a subject matter expert on The Standard's voluntary product line for customers with 1000+ Lives.
- Ensure consistent understanding of the voluntary products within the proposal and implementation processes by clearly outlining options and plans, system required inputs, billing feed options and limits, and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Secure information as necessary in order set up customer in the new PAS System for customers of over 1000 lives.
- Draft legally defensible contract documents, complete bill set up and transform customer expectations into effective billing documents and billing plan designs; initiate broker and commissions set up. Enrollment processing. Process enrollment file non-data feed: capture and update missing data, work collaboratively with others to ensure data is accurate and complete.
- Support continuous improvement by bringing the voice of customer forward to solve for the customer experience first in every decision.
- Serve as point person, both internally and externally, to ensure efficiency and consistency in the New Case experience, providing subject matter expertise, consultative support and training to internal resources and customers to develop solutions that meet the business needs of our customers.
Skills and Background You'll Need- Three (3) years of hands-on experience working with EB products.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in benefits administration, new case management, or enrollment technology.
- Client or relationship management experience (required).
- Project mgmt. experience, ensuring multiple pieces of work are moving forward following expected timelines.
- Highly detail-oriented
- Experience being successful in conflict management.
- Self-directed, independent, and able to stay on track.
- Voluntary/Supplemental product experience (highly preferred).
- Account management experience (preferred).

- Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$74,500.00 - $108,750.00
