Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business units, gather requirements, map current and future processes, and identify improvements to support solution delivery.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, strong stakeholder management, and comfort in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). You will facilitate workshops, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate across technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience including testing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • ISEB Business Analyst certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and elicitation sessions.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
  • Document current and future state business processes and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Salesforce-related projects, testing, and UAT activities.

The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution delivery.

Experience working with Salesforce CRM is required, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and supporting system enhancements.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.
  • must demonstrate hands‑on experience working with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
