• Minimum 1–3 years related experience, or experience in lieu of education.
• Business Analysis certification or formal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to understand drivers of business performance and create tools and processes to visualize progress towards key goals.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to collect, analyze, translate, and document requirements.
• Identify, document, and standardize data flows and promote their use within the business.
• Create documentation for processes and procedures.
• Conduct or organize testing/validation of processes and procedures.
• Measure and monitor project/solution performance.
• Initiate corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure visibility and communication related to the project/solution.
• Collect feedback to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and store all documents properly.
• Support ISO quality management system learning and promotion.
