Lithia & Driveway's Driveway Finance Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst I to support analytics platforms and assist in migrating to next-gen business software solutions in Tigard, OR. This role reports to the DFC Business Systems Supervisor and carries responsibilities across data analysis, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with leaders to align analytics with business goals, handle large datasets, and help optimize loan processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with heavy emphasis on data and analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant technologies, reporting systems and data analytics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply data analysis and research skills to identify key indicators and guide actions across the loan transaction life cycle.
• Engage with business leaders to understand objectives and align work with those objectives.
• Analyze and extract information from large structured and unstructured data to automate and optimize processes.
• Define business problems and solution approaches with limited guidance.
• Generate actionable insights through metrics, dashboards and deep-dive analyses.
• Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights.
• Partner with data development teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to junior staff.
• Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
