Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to review, analyze, and improve business systems across our properties. You will collaborate with end users, IT resources, and vendors to deliver technology solutions, serve as on-site project lead for small initiatives, and perform QA testing.

This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a computer science discipline or comparable experience preferred.
• One year of experience in a similar position strongly preferred.
• Must have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• ITIL V3 Awareness training preferred.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Some travel may be required based on business needs, project requirements, and workload.
• Participation in a weekly rotating on-call schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
