Boyd Gaming Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a seasoned maintenance and engineering supervisor to lead the facilities team, ensure safe operations, and drive reliability across gaming properties. You will hire and train staff, manage budgets, coordinate environmental and safety compliance, and partner with external contractors to deliver improvements while maintaining guest and employee satisfaction.

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Environmental Management in addition to a minimum of five years’ general engineering and maintenance supervisory experience and/or through a minimum of eight years’ progressive engineering experience and/or closely related field in a comparably sized operation with five years of supervisory experience.
